While on our trip to California, my $900 digital camera was stolen and as a result I lost 100’s of pictures that I had taken in Disneyland.  I purchased another digital camera while still in California and when I had returned home with the new camera, I attempted to download my ‘new pictures’ from my new camera.  Unfortunately, my computer froze in the middle of the copying process.  As a result, the camera’s zD disk could no longer be read by the computer nor the camera, meaning that all the 100’s of new pictures that I took could not be found on the camera’s small disk.  I asked Tony from ‘Safe and Sound Media’ to see if he could recover any of the pictures.  It looked doubtful at first, but Tony’s expertise resulted in over 80% of the pictures being recovered.  I am so thankful and the pictures are of excellent quality and I now have my memories back of that incredible trip.  Thanks so much Tony for all the effort and knowledge that you put in to recover so many of my seemingly lost pictures.

   I would like to say “Bravo” and “Thanks so Much” to Tony and Nella and the friendly helpful staff at Safe and Sound computers.

   I have been a customer for over 3 years now and have always received excellent service and support along with valuable suggestions regarding the numerous computers I have owned. Recently Safe and Sound help me “build” my own computer– specifically for me and my needs and wants– personally– it’s the only way to go—-

   I LOVE MY NEW COMPUTER!! —and there will never be another!!!– well– maybe a new Lap Top–

   With Tony and crew I know I will always have excellent customer service whenever I need it– either at the shop or online–
